Bradley Starks was born in Orange County,Virginia. He is a husband and a father of 3 Children, two girls and a boy. As a young man he dedicated most of his time to playing sports which paid off after high school. Bradley attended West Virginia University on a full scholarship to play football. "Football was always a dream of mine, from the time I could remember playing catch with my dad and thinking I was Michael Irving catching the winning touchdown." During his time at WVU Bradley had a keen focus on being a student-athlete first. He not only found success on the field but more importantly in the classroom. He graduated majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Communications. Today Bradley works in the Nuclear Industry where he continues to serve his community.
" I think for me, the reason I see myself as a king is because what I am for my family. The first things that comes to mind is being a provider, protector, a friend, and lover. But when I think more in-depth, I believe that this quote resonates with me best,"a jack of all trades is a master of none, but often better than a master of one." I believe us kings often wear many hats in our day-to-day life, not just at home, but also in our community."
"I realized I was a natural leader around the age of 13. In middle school I noticed my peers started to gravitate towards me, it became clear. What makes us kings different is how we approach life. The response to adversity, our core values, honor, personality, leadership and integrity make us unique. If you don't have some qualities that make you stand out who would follow you on your journey?"
"This clothing line is an extension of myself and how confident I am with my approach to life. I am enjoying every moment the world has to offer. Most importantly, being with loved ones and family matters the most."
" In closing,I would like to touch on the word "king" and what it means to me. The word "king" is the meaning of positive affirmation that we use with each other as men. An example would be, "keep up the excellent work king." So for me, I would like to take the time to thank you, my brother Cameron, for all you have done and what you will continue to do. I would like to leave you with this, "time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity."
